Just going through the motions won’t cut the mustard
Complaining about the government is a favorite past time of many of us Americans.
There are often plenty of reasons to complain.
Time and time again, we see failures from agency to agency, ranging from such small tasks as forgetting to file some paperwork, to catastrophic events like 9/11.
After major goof ups, public outrage follows, and soon the politicians begin their knee jerk reactionary debates and new public policy is implemented that adds yet another layer of bureaucracy somewhere else.
The real problem?
