Top Five Sports Moments for 2019-20 School Year; Russell's big free throws sink Hinton on crazy night

In our fourth installment of the top five moments over the last year of Canton sports, we go back to the first week of basketball season in what was an emotion-filled night in Hinton. Having split their first two games of the season, the Lady Tigers hit the road with their hope s set on starting the season2-1.

However, it was going to take a special effort against the Lady Comets in a game where the three-man officiating crew’s perfoamance created a hostile environment foe the majority of the night. The Lady Tigers were called for 13 first-half infractions, and with every whistle, Coach David Baldwin vented frustration with more vigor. The Hinton coach grew equally as irritated as the half went on, but it was a call late in the second-quarter that really ignited the tension.
