Revived offense not enough as Canton falls to Balko
The Canton Tigers closed out the regular season with a 55-22 loss to the Balko-Forgan Bison to fall to 3-7 on the year. The 22 points is the most Canton has scored over the last month, and was sparked by the return of freshman quarterback Luke Swartwood.
Swartwood missed each of the Tigers first four district games with and injury before returning last Friday against Balko. It’s been a tough stretch for Canton who hasn’t scored 20 points since late October in their first loss of the season to Ringwood.
