Josh Postlewait grabs the offensive rebound before going back up for two of his four points against Watonga. Postlewait also tallied three points in Canton Monday-night victory over Geary.
Canton fifth and sixth-graders sweep Geary, fall to Watonga
Last week, the Canton fifth and sixth graders returned to the hardwood for the first time in over a month with a pair of home games against Geary and Watonga. While both teams were able to defeat Geary on Monday night, they each came up short against Watonga on Thursday.
Against the Lady Bison, both teams came out on fire as they each put up double-digit scoring efforts in the opening half. However, it was Ryleigh Cheney and Camden Hulse’s combined-12 points that gave Canton a two-point advantage going into the break.
