Tigers head to Northeast Oklahoma A&M
The Canton Tigers’ High School football team traveled to Northeast Oklahoma A&M at the beginning of last week to participate in a team camp for 8-man schools.
Coach Jeremy Brashears spent his time during spring football getting the Tigers familiar with his offensive and defensive schemes, and the camp offered a muchneeded opportunity to measure what his athletes have been able to grasp in that time.
“We obviously haven’t had a lot of time to learn everything that we are going to be doing next fall,” Brashears said. “The goal for this camp was to go out and continue to get better at what we have been doing, and I think we did that.”
