Canton Y.A.C members, Claire Elder, Imiyah Littlejohn, Addisyn Smith, Aletheia McIntosh, and Jake Foster recently did a presentation about nutrition, exercise and health. Y.A.C members made a slide show showing ways you can eat healthy, how much water you need to drink each day, and daily exercise. They talked about different types of exercise and how long you need to exercise each day. The Y.A.C members presented this slide show to the second grade and the kindergarten classes.
