FFA Ag Boosters hold Annual Fundraiser Auction

Canton FFA Ag Boosters held their annual FFA and 4-H Livestock Trophy Auction last week to raise funds for students. Attendees were treated to a complimentary dinner consisting of chicken, calf fries, chocolate cake and more before the auction began.

Among the items auctioned off were homemade food items, baskets of goodies and more. FFA students made a wide range of items in their shop to auction off: decorations, a fire pit, targets, a grill and more. Attendees also bid on prizes and awards, such as belt buckles and garment bags.

Canton Ag Boosters President, Bonnie Edwards, sat down to explain what that means and what Ag Boosters is all about.
